It was a fine experience, nothing super or spectacular. I got a brisket burger, curly fries, and a jamocha shake. The burger was good, the fries were fine, but the shake was wayyyyy too thiccc. The shake was almost more like ice cream and better to eat with a spoon. I order ahead in the app, walked in waited a minute, got my stuff and left. It was overall pretty good and worth it.
A lot of the rewards offered on the signs you see on the restaurant window panes require that you place your order via the Arby's app. When I installed the Arby's app to try for the $3 off of $10, or, the $5 off of $20 deals the app required that I pay in advance via the app with either Google pay, or, a personal debit/credit card. I declined and paid cash for the food. What a let down! ?
