“I’m a long-time regular at Wendy’s and have come to say these other reviewers should probably seek therapy with how angry they are. The workers at Wendy’s have always treated me with extreme respect and are very kind-hearted. Gerry and those he manages have done an amazing job, especially while being short staffed. I love engaging in conversation with them after they bring out my food, and the wait times have never been more than a few minutes at most. There was only one instance in which I reported a complaint to Gerry, and in the year since then it has never happened again. Huge kudos to the Wendy’s staff team in Shelby. You guys are doing an excellent job.“

I’ve had your shakes but never your food., And she was so patient with me and genuinely great, Her voice is out of this world amazing. She could literally be a GPS automated voice it’s insane!!! The professionalism that I experienced today at your business was awesome. I wish all of the business businesses on this road would take note…. “Have been there twice. Both times the service was superb and the food was great. No issues at all. They kept our drinks filled. The manager we knew came over and talked with us. Very polite and waitress knew what she was doing. Haven't been there in a while.“

The manager at Ashland Road store called me personally to apologize and reserved the correct cake for me to pick up at the Glessner Ave. Store where my original purchase had been made. “When trying to figure out what to have for lunch my daughter asked for Burger King. But only if she could get a Mandalorian crown. I called ahead to ask if they had them, and if so, they could add it to our delivery order. I spoke to their very sweet manager that let me know that they did have them, but only Mando left, which was totally fine with my daughter. Then she noticed a Grogu crown on a table and let me know that she would grab it and add it to the order as well. Well our order was delivered and not only did it include both crowns, but a very sweet note, and a collectible cup. The food was amazing. Never any complaints about a BK burger, and the new Mandalorian shake was AMAZING. Thank you so much for making a simple lunch such a special experience.“

“Wanted to take family somewhere they have never been. My wife and I have been to the ones in SoCal more than a few time and have had great experiences. Five Guys is relatively new to this area so we decided to give them a go. The lunch rush was just starting to dwindle when we arrived. There were 4 variations of the Little Cheeseburger, 2 little fries, 2 strawberry shakes, and 2 sodas in the order. Our order came our precisely as ordered and was truly delicious! The visual presentation of the 2 cheeseburgers at the bottom of the bag was not the best. The top buns were totally smushed. Still delicious but smushed. Perhaps the burgers should be in the top of the bags and fries in the bottom?? There may be some sticker shock for those who have never visited. You pay for what you get. Fresh ground beef being grilled to order and fresh ingredients customized to your liking not to mention the fresh made milkshakes! My mom and her partner both loved their meal and visit remarking that they will be back.“

“The second shift manager was amazing! Applebee's on stander Ave. Completely forgot all of my girlfriend's toppings on her nachos and only gave us a $20 coupon for our next visit. But the manager here went above and beyond and didn't charge us for our visit. That's how you get repeat customers! Big thank you! We'll definitely be back!“

“Have had to eat here quite a bit the last several months for necessities sake. The more often we've gone, the nicer they have been! They know us by name, and are super quick to fix food mistakes (though for us they have been rare) kind management and in my opinion, the best McDonald's food in our area. Definitely recommend this one.“

My favorite day is Whopper Wednesday on the BK app or impossible Whopper for $3.99 well worth it. But on the app but I don't know if you can just order it at the restaurant I never go in.“
