“Friends and myself had a Wednesday ritual of eating wings and shooting pool at another establishment. It was suggested that we give Nelly's a shot and so we did. I gotta say we were all impressed with the food and laidback atmosphere. Lindsey was on her game cooking and serving what is in our opinion the best bar sandwiches and fries in this area. Our new ritual is grub at Nelly's then off to play pool. If you're looking for big burgers, pretty smiles, and cold drinks then Nelly's Hideout is the place!“
“If you love burgers and french fries, you probably already know about Five Guys. If you have never been to a Five Guys and you enjoy good burgers and french fries, you should check this place out. You will not be disappointed. The potatoes are cut fresh per order, and they always come out hot and fresh. The burgers are made to order and are always hot and fresh as well. Definitely costs more than Wendy's, Burger King or McDonald's, but there's a reason. And it's worth it. Enjoy.“
“Another Saturday afternoon outing for a late lunch/early dinner. We hadn't been to Friday in a LONG TIME. What a good experience. Excellent bar service and our food was very good. "Bucket of Bones" for me was substantial - and would up being enough for another dinner tater that week.“
“I've always gotten amazing service at IHOP, from very friendly and understanding employees to great food. I've never had a problem at IHOP and I've gone a good amount of times growing up. Definitely would recommend!Kid-friendliness: I always see families going to IHOP and they have a very nice kids menu as well! Great for families with kids!“
“They recently they updated the interior and still kept the same hometown diner feel. The Super Open Gyro Plate with fries and extra large tzatziki sauce is as good as it gets and always my favorite. The burgers are awesome too, for the few that want something else.“
“Best cod fish sandwich I've had in many years. Food here is very good though prices have risen substantially over the past few years - not so unlike many other restaurants. Atmosphere here is pretty typical of a bar/grill operation so if you're looking for a bigger modern chrome/glass restaurant to celebrate your anniversary this ain't that. It's a clean, well visited restaurant by the locals. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed with their offerings.“
“I gave 5 stars because the service was excellent. The young lady was quick and friendly. They were busy. I want to be childish and give 1 star, only because the child in me was craving a grape slush. It's been my favorite my whole life. Very basic, nothing special. They no longer have grape. How do you not have grape? Is it gone forever? Will you bring it back next yr? How do I get it back? I "need" that in my life. Please. I'll even buy the bottle so we can have it bk. “
“This is absolutely the best shop in Bellville, possibly the whole county. It’s my favorite place to go to satisfy my sweet tooth. The service is GREAT! NO COMPLAINTS. The staff was amazing and super kind. Especially a tall brown haired girl. The place definitely gives off small town vibes and their food is chefs kiss!! The cooks never fail to satisfy my hunger needs. Every time you walk through the door it feels calming. Overall, a hidden gem. The drive thru lines can get long but it doesn’t matter because you know your getting high quality ice cream everytime!!“
“I remember coming here as a kid & it mostly has not changed. Some would desribe it as a "hole in the wall" or "dive" type place.Either way they have been open for 50+ years and it's because they have good food and a family run business!I love their cheeseburgers. They are more like a steakburger. The coneys/footlongs are good. They deep fry the hotdog which makes it so much better.They have soups, the good fried sides, good milkshajes AND have BOTH Pepsi & Coke. Fresh cut fries & frozen curly fries. Milkshakes!Seating is limited but don't let that stop you. Take out too & they also have lottery sales on the side entrance.An awesome local business ?“
“This was the worst experience I have ever had there. We sat for 20 minutes and had several waitresses, and the hostess walked by and never acknowledged us. Then 3 other parties were seated behind us and got waited on. I don't like walking out of a restaurant but that was ridiculous so we left!! I won't be back for a long time.So, it has been a while since I wrote this review. We have been back to the restaurant several times since. They graciously gave us a $40 gift card to give them another chance.Things have changed and have had wonderful service and delicious meals every time.I just wish they were closer.Thank you for making things better.“
