The gentleman at the counter was very very nice however before leaving the counter noticed we were missing a fry which is fine they gave us the fry then we got to the table and didn't have a coffee a pie plasticware no dip for cheese sticks etc. Mistakes happen I get it just make sure before you send a tray out you check the receipt to make sure it's all there that way the customer doesn't have to keep coming up and feels uncomfortable and like they're a problem for simply asking...read full review

I didn't catch her name, but the manager last night was the definition of what a manager should be. She was very short staffed and STILL very pleasant and helpful. She was making sure the store was clean and the employees that were there were using their time adequately and trying to call in other help. 10cout of 10.

I have moderately low expectations for fast food restaurants: (1) serve hot food quickly, (2) friendly employees, (3) clean dining room and restrooms. I’d give this BK location a full five stars, except the men’s room was filthy when I stopped as I was driving through Mansfield.
