We ordered a whopper and requested no bun ( which means you use lettuce as the bun) I stated that. When we got the sandwich they threw all the ingredients in a container with shredded lettuce ( which you can't use as the bun- only a solid piece of lettuce) and we were not offered cheese and no cheese in the container. It was not arranged as a sandwich at all.

They're my favorite BK. The workers are pleasant, quick, and accurate; what more can you want?!
The gentleman at the counter was very very nice however before leaving the counter noticed we were missing a fry which is fine they gave us the fry then we got to the table and didn't have a coffee a pie plasticware no dip for cheese sticks etc. Mistakes happen I get it just make sure before you send a tray out you check the receipt to make sure it's all there that way the customer doesn't have to keep coming up and feels uncomfortable and like they're a problem for simply asking to get what they paid for. Again guy was super nice and gave us our stuff, just checking the receipt would've eliminated the issues... Also the cheese sticks were just a hard cheese stick I like them to be melty and cheesy when you bite into them...

I didn't catch her name, but the manager last night was the definition of what a manager should be. She was very short staffed and STILL very pleasant and helpful. She was making sure the store was clean and the employees that were there were using their time adequately and trying to call in other help. 10cout of 10.

Went this morning at around 10 after 6 and they weren't open yet because they couldn't get there early enough. You need to get people who are reliable. I was counting on that for breakfast and instead had to go to work and be extra hungry until lunch time. If you say you open at 6 then some way or another you really need to find a way to open at 6
