“We called at 11pm (1 hr before close) & asked if they had any cookies left for the day. The gal on the phone was really kind and let me know they had only 1 lonely cookie left. We asked if they ever made any later in the evening or if people asked, like if we came through and ordered a dozen would it be okay? She didn’t hesitate to say “yeah let me check that I have a bag & if so I’d be happy to throw some in for you but itll be like 10-15 minutes” I said we had no issue waiting and thanked her.
When we went & ordered the cookies & couldn’t help but notice how they were so neatly packed! I don’t think she got a fleck of chocolate on the outside of the sleeves or on the bag at all LOL
She could have rushed and been irritated but she didn’t and idk I think that speaks for someone’s work ethic and character. It made the experience better thatd for sure. We’re both on the spectrum and often struggle with things being messy or sticky or gross so it was something that stood out to us and were thankful.“

“Fast food restaurant managers have a challenging job. The employees who care are greatly appreciated! It’s always easy to spot someone who understands what it’s like to work in the service industry. Those folks are typically patient and pleasant. Specifically, Susannah is always so helpful and always works hard to make my wrap with extra ranch and pickles!!“
