“I never go to Subway. It's been years but I stopped in last week needing a quick meal. This was Wednesday April 8th around 5:30pm. The two gals behind the counter worked like a well oiled machine. They were friendly, greeted me as I came in. Food was fresh. Store was clean. Entire process was in and out in probably 5 minutes. I complimented them on the service and the younger lady said I should let them know Aubrey/Audrey (who was the other lady) should be a supervisor. I dont know the ins and outs, obviously. But if my visit is how the store runs when she is there, top notch all around. Would highly recommend and will stop in again. Gained a new customer!“

“Outstanding customer service! The employees are always friendly and courteous. Orders are taken carefully and delivered to the table when dining in. Tonight, for the first time, we had a minor mix up on our order. When we made a staff member aware, the manager promptly offered to make a new sub and personally made sure it was correct this time. The attention to detail and making sure the customer was satisfied was very much appreciated. Thank you again to the entire Penn Station staff! Keep up the good work.“

“I love this Subway! Yesterday in the late morning Katy and her friend and co-worker whose name starts with an A I believe served me, and they were amazing. They were extremely helpful and professional, and made my delicious sandwich very quickly. These young ladies are going places, so I can only hope that they are valued at their place of work.“

“I thought the location was a little scary so I wasn't expecting it to be nice inside, but it was! It's a small space but it was clean; I'd describe it as cozy. It was decently busy, but I didn't wait long for my food. There seemed to be only two employees working, but they were really nice! A pleasant experience!“
