Two of the subs we ordered were rotisserie chicken....one normal, and one with the "50% more meat" AND "double protein options selected. The sub with added meat had barely any more on it than the normal sub, yet cost significantly more. It seems like the workers either don't know how to do math, or just don't care what the subs look like when they're going out via Door Dash, since they aren't immediately accountable to customers. This isn't the first time it's happened, so maybe a little of both?At least the bread wasn't stale this time around. I think we're done with this Subway. To actually get what we're paying for will balance out the difference between mileage and convenienceToo bad it won't let me post a picture of just how sad the sandwich looked!!

The last couple of times doing an online order the Subs have been messed up. Would love if the employees here would look at the receipt an follow simple instructions or slow down when doing online orders. Very Unsatisfied with the online order service I’ve gotten the last couple of times.

Ordered a 6 inch meatball sub. It only had 3 meatballs on. 25 % of the sub was just dry bread. Wife ordered a steak sub. It had very little toppings. You are basically paying 7-10$ for a loaf of bread.

A friendly and clean establishment. I do both order online and In-store and haven't had an issue with them. I've learned, by friendly banter, that not only do they take care of us, but several factory and other businesses' orders too. So, I now see how things can be missed. If I order through the app, I make sure to use the special instructions section since I am not in person to tell them to heat things up or add extra extra of somethings. The receipt they get just list what's on the sub. Not that "hey, this dude wants his jalapeños and onions toasted with meat" or " hey double toast the sub" or " heat meat up first and / or then toast" since ive learned any meats can be served cold/hot, so special instructions help them help me get what I want for the day. Great customer service, always makes suggestions, and is again friendly. Remember, folks, they're humans, not a panini press machine ?

Absolutely the worst subway location I’ve ever been to. Been here multiple times due to the convenience of location but I regret it every time. Their employees literally don’t care….i just left there with 3 subs and ALL of them had meat that comes serves warm. When I tell u this meat was ice cold. She had to off taken it out of fridge and directly onto my sandwich. It completely changed the taste of my sub. I always tip them but I don’t think that will be happening anymore. U have to go in the store and watch them make ur sandwich if u want it to turn out right. Subway, do better!!!

Ordered a footlong tuna deluxe toasted which is not toasted and looks like they put 2 scoops of tuna on it when it should have 6. And ordered another sub extra toasted and they didn't toast it either told me to bring it back tomorrow so manager can deal with it

Horrible Customer Service!! This used to be my favorite Subway but service has went downhill. McKenna was the onlyEmployee working while Mia just walked around…talking on a personal call with her AirPods in. Another girl was new and couldn’t do everything yet, which was understandable. Mia was very rude when I asked her why McKenna was the only one taking care of all the customers. Mia made rude comments. Please remind them that this is a customer service business not a “teenage fest” I will never go here again and I will tell everyone about this horrible service. I have never been treated like this as a customer ever!! Kudos to McKenna….and a pink slip for Mia or a long course on Customer 101!! Another customer behind me in line talked to me in the parking lot when we left about the ridiculous way this business was being handled.
