I would like to re-address my friend’s review where she took a friend to Cheesecake Factory for her friend’s birthday and told the waitress that their entrees were much too salty. Instead of re-preparing their order, standard industry practice - they were offered a Caesar salad ? The waitress either did not direct their feedback to the manager on duty -or the manager sent over an unacceptable solution.
Cheesecake Factory’s response to her google review is also poor. Directing my friend to address issues with the manager while dining ?? She attempted to do exactly this. Such terrible service overall, in person and then “salting the wound” in their response. Yes, pun intended.

This restaurant was one of my favorites in this area until today. Especially l loved the salad in here. I picked up a couple of salad this evening and was so disappointed when I opened them at home as the thai salad was about half portion of typical and the santafe salad had only a few chicken in there. I would have gone back to complain in normal days. The inclement weather today made me give upon it. I dont want to think they did it on purpose for pickup orders because this never happened before but still disappointed as a regular customer!

Went there to hang out with our kids that live in Cincy. There was 8 of us. Server was on top of everything drinks were filled right away. Plates cleared as soon as we finished. Food was would. Would definitely be back

Rude hostess. Called 5 min before arriving to confirm if there was a wait. Was told “absolutely no wait.” Then, once we showed up, was told 20min wait even though there were dozens of open tables. Won’t be back.

I ordered shepherd's pie as carryout and the hamburger meat was badly burned, ruining the flavor of the entire dish.
I love the atmosphere and food. However, I’ve never had a problem with ordering kids food to go. I ordered an adult meal to go and was going to order two kids meals to go also, but was told I couldn’t order kids meals to go bc I’m an adult and she could get in trouble lol I sat down and ordered food and a couple drinks and wanted to get carry out for kids meals. I was told at the Liberty Center location that bc I’m an adult I’m not able to. Other locations I have no issues with ordering my kids’ meals to go.

Three of us were there for my friend's birthday. I have been eating there before but tonight 2 of 3 main courses we ordered were extremely salty, we couldn't eat even 1/10 of them. I complained to one of the servers, she apologized and asked if we want to pack home, she offered a free Caesar salad and the salad was very salty too. We were very disappointed. The meal wasn't cheap, we paid 121$ for 2 drinks and 3 dishes and couldn't eat 2.

It’s a rarity to find a restaurant with staff as considerate, attentive, and thoughtful as this one. Considering The Cheesecake Factory is a chain, I didn’t expect much. However, my server Anita was knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive. This was such a positive experience, I will certainly be back!

$70 for 2 hamburgers, 2 fries, and two drinks. Seating was very cramped and not comfortable for the cost of the food. The service was good and the flavor of the food was as good as as hamburgers and fries can be expected. Better than McDonald's of course.
