Last night cheese cake factory IN KENWOOD took our orders back made us wait 40’mins and gave us the same exact plates with the same exact food . My sister added Cheyanne pepper to one side of her pasta , why was it the same food with the Cheyanne pepper on it !!!!! THEY SO NASTY AND DISGUSTING ! He argued that it was new food and when we told him we added Cheyanne pepper to it to make it red . He got hot and said have a good night excused us from the table. We wasnt aggressive or mean. I’m still HOT! They nasty af ! I said you just got busted he said no i didn’t have a good night. WTH!!!! Originally it was really salty . AND IT WAS COLD . We ain’t want a deal or nothing . Ppl really be sick

Weird experience for my first time visit. I placed an order online and when I went in, no one greeted me but I waited for a while. There were several workers walking about chatting and never acknowledge me standing there eventually I had to ask a guy passing by where do I pick up the orders he asked for my name and then he went in the back to never return so now I’m waiting 10 mins. I go to the cheesecake counter and I purchased a cheesecake while I’m waiting for someone to check my order now it’s been 15 minutes of me standing here and eventually someone else comes in the door and then a worker come from round the corner and ask them if they can be helped and I said well I’ve been standing here for 15 minutes to pick up an order she said oh you can pick that up at the cheesecake counter which is where I was all of this time for 15 minutes.
I will never come to this location again however their Southwest Tex-Mex rolls were amazing.
The menu items are okay, but I always love the cheesecake here. It never disappoints and keeps me coming back whenever I’m in the mood for a sweet treat.

Very slow service and the staff was very geto. it took over two hours to get two kids meals and one entree. Ended up leaving my sunglasses there because of the slow service and the kids patients had expired. It was quickly stolen by the staff within minutes of leaving the restaurant. Will never go back to this location again.
