My husband wanted me to leave an excellent review for our lunch experience yesterday. Although it started rough, the manager and our server Joanie did an excellent job in recovering the meal! There was confusion as to which server was tending to our table, so we did not have any service for about 20 minutes. We were having a nice conversation and it was a pleasant day and atmosphere so we didn't notice right away. When we asked Joanie she was horrified and immediately took action. She was very apologetic and quick to get our orders. She brought us bread right away and continued to check on us. Our food was hot and delicious!! My son got the pancakes and bacon(Sunday Brunch) and he said they were some of the best he has ever had!! My Honey-truffle Chicken was hot, juicy and delicious as always. And my husband really enjoyed the Chinese chicken salad(although it could have used more chicken! The manager came to us and offered to comp us cheesecake for our long wait. He checked on us a few times throughout the meal. Joanie was new and learning her job quickly. She was polite, friendly and working hard! We took our cheesecake home and they were delicious!! We got Godiva andKey lime(it will make you pucker!!)So even though it could have been a bad experience, the professionalism of that manager and the wonderful attitude of Joanie redeemed it into a great memory for my family!!

Absolutely recommend this restaurant. It was so good. Everybody ordered something different and everybody loved what they got, but do not get the Parmesan chicken that is not good but the burgers are awesome.

We have been customers of Cheesecake Factory since the first location opened in Kenwood. We dined may many times and spent a lot of money here. Recently, the service (and food) has gone downhill. The quality of the food is not the same and the service is by far the worst it has ever been. I tell myself every time I dine that this time will be better and I am always proven wrong. I believe today's experience convinced me that it will never be the same and this will be my last visit. I took my 4 year old girls for an early dinner and it they were not busy whatsoever and I saw lots of employees sp they weren't short staffed. It took 10 minutes for the waitress to come to our table. I got a kid's meal mac and cheese and cheese flatbread and a vegan Cobb salad for myself. My daughter wanted a small side salad with caesar dressing which I asked the waitress for and two apple juices and a water. The bread was cold and stale so we didn't eat it and waited 15 minutes for two salads, mac and cheese, and a flatbread. When the food finally came, the flatbread was completely burnt and hard my daughter couldn't bite into it. I asked for another one and waited 10 minutes for that. I then got the bill and was shocked that my total was over $80. They charged me for two flatbread (and when I told them I only ordered one, they said for inventory reasons, they had to ring it up twice), and almost $13 for my daughter's side salad, where mine was $18! I was told that they had to charge for the tomatoes and cucumbers and cheese, which made no sense because I asked for a side salad with dressing, no cheese. I couldn't believe our bill was $73 (after removing the extra flatbread) for a salad and two kid's meals with no alcoholic or soft drinks, or meat on anything! I was extremely disappointed and I don't believe I will ever be back.

When we went, our waiter was really nice and everybody liked their food. The food was good and it came in large portions.Parking: It was really trafficy and it was hard to find a spot without having to pay a meter but there was a free parking lot you just has to walk.

Not that impressed. Especially not for the price. My favorite item was my drink, a raspberry lemon drop. Tasted like candy but not worth $15.95

We wanted to try Cheesecake Factory for the first time since we were both younger. It was not good what’s so ever. First off, the service was so slow, we had to get his attention many times to fill up our drinks. It was a hassle. I ended up ordering the orange chicken. Heard it was good, tried it and it was awful. It tasted like peanut oil, old and the rice was crunchy. My husband said his Cajun chicken pasta was decent, so no problem there. The only good thing was the bread and macaroni cheese balls. I’d give those a solid 8/10. They were yummy. But this place just isn’t all the hype and it’s insanely expensive. We spent $100 on 2 lunch plates, 2 alcoholic drinks and Mac and cheese balls. Just wasn’t worth it.

i got food poisoning from the fresh grilled salmon, mashed potatoes, and corn. definitely wouldn't recommend going there but it could have just been the salmon that was uncooked. will not be going back EVER.

Never been to a cheesecake factory before, don't know why, somehow I thought it was mostly cheesecake, lol. I had salmon, mashed potatoes and green beans, all excellent. Plus tiramisu cheesecake for dessert. All excellent! It is a bit pricey but worth the splurge.

I was excited to finally get to try the cheesecake factory. I hate to give a bad review but honestly I was not at all impressed other than with the Cheesecake I ordered. It was expensive and the food was not so tasty, but I did not taste everyone's food so maybe it was just mine. The other complaint I have is how dim it is there,we used our phones flashlights to read the menus, haha. The server was tipped with cash and my husband asked the server not to charge the suggested gratuity and she charged him anyway, she was getting a great tip to begin with but still took more, smh.I do not see myself returning there any time soon, if ever. But do not let my "review" deter you from going there, you may very well love it, try it for yourself.

Took our daughter out for her birthday. The bill was well over $200 for 5 people. I do not recommend their Alfredo it wasn’t edible. The noodles weren’t cooked. I mostAte bread for dinner my other daughter didn’t care for her Alfredo either. The strawberry short cake is good.
