Went there to hang out with our kids that live in Cincy. There was 8 of us. Server was on top of everything drinks were filled right away. Plates cleared as soon as we finished. Food was would. Would definitely be back
I love the atmosphere and food. However, I’ve never had a problem with ordering kids food to go. I ordered an adult meal to go and was going to order two kids meals to go also, but was told I couldn’t order kids meals to go bc I’m an adult and she could get in trouble lol I sat down and ordered food and a couple drinks and wanted to get carry out for kids meals. It’s a rarity to find a restaurant with staff as considerate, attentive, and thoughtful as this one. Considering The Cheesecake Factory is a chain, I didn’t expect much. However, my server Anita was knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive. This was such a positive experience, I will certainly be back!
