We had a catering service I called on Wednesday and wanted the food ready Saturday at 5:30pm. My husband went to pick up the food at 5:30 and the food was not even started. He had to wait one hour til the food was completed. Let me tell you I was hosting a party. When he got home there was not enough rice either. For example, a young lady with pink hair was noted for being polite and respectful, while a young man working the line was appreciated for his nice demeanor and speed. Despite some complaints about unfriendly staff at times, the overall experience remains enjoyable. The parking lot could benefit from more lighting.
