It is my birthday today! I came in excited to get my free cold brew and I had my barcode to scan. I was all prepared until Naaz told me I couldn’t have my cold brew! She said the machine was broken. I showered her the QR code and offered her my ID. She was not helpful at all and she made me have a terrible birthday! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!! They have terrible service and are not kind!

I have had surgery, and my tastes have changed. I asked for a sample of the Mochalatta and I was told they cannot give samples anymore.
Um, I'm almost as old as Cinnbon itself... I asked since when? They stated their manager/owner refuses to let them. THIS is why franchises are sometimes a pain... I guess this is why the drinks are always full... I didn't want to be wasteful and we were buying a BOX plus a pint of icing. Keep customers in mind... half of the fun of being a kid back in the day was CINNABON samples. The drinks should cost a LOT LESS for a business than the food.
And no, they do NOT wear hairnets. Lol. Probably because they aren't made on site...but still...
I wanted 4 Cinnabon that were warm and the young lady told me I had to get the ones already boxed up instead of the warm ones. Thought the customer get what they want as Ling as they pay for it but I guess not here.
