First and foremost an over the top staff.from being seated, to served, and they boxed our food. Food was just ok and expensive but portions were massive. I've been when food was better.
We had a beautiful day for brunch on the patio. Our server was so kind and helpful. ThShrimp and grits was creamy with just the right amount of spice. The seasonal French Toast with mango and pecan was sweet without being too sweet! I didn't even need the syrup! The loaded breakfast tots were fried perfectly and all of the toppings blended well without making the tots soggy. I highly recommend Cozy's Cafe and Pub for brunch. Maybe I'm just a wuss, but the metal chairs in the seating area near the bar are TERRIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE. Perhaps pregnancy wasn't helping my situation either. Anyway, the food was good, service was okay. Our waitress was also bartending so it took her awhile to bring us checks, cash us out, etc. The place was surprisingly very busy on a Tuesday night after about 6 pm
