Graeters is special. I have always enjoyed Graeters ice cream for the flavor and quality. They have a fantastic staff, great atmosphere and of course the ice cream is delicious! Greaters is a great choice to enjoy for some family time, each location feels like an old school candy store with plenty of sweet treat options available. This particular location is very nice and has great indoor seating as well as an outdoor area that would be really enjoyable during the summer months. Stop in and give this place a try, enjoy!

I recently visited Graeter's Ice Cream at Liberty Center, and it was an incredible experience! The moment I walked in, the delightful aroma of fresh waffle cones filled the air. The staff was friendly and welcoming, ready to help with recommendations.
I tried their signature Black Raspberry Chip flavor, and it was divine! The rich, creamy texture combined with the generous chocolate chips made for a delicious treat. The portion sizes were generous, and it’s definitely worth every bite!
The ambiance is bright and cheerful, making it a perfect spot to enjoy ice cream with friends or family. Plus, the outdoor seating area is a nice touch for a warm day.
Overall, Graeter's at Liberty Center is a must-visit for anyone craving a sweet treat. I can't wait to come back and try more flavors!

Purchase the double butter cake while visiting.Was never so embarrassed. Took it to a party and it was the driest flowery tasting cake I've ever had! Don't be deceived! No butter in this cake at all! Powdered sugar on the top was the only flavor

I normally don’t post reviews, but Zach was exceptional. It was a busy night and another worker misheard my order, but Zach paid absolute attention and realized the wrong ice cream was scooped. He was extremely kind and hospitable. Ultimately, it didn’t matter because all graeter’s ice cream is amazing, but it meant a lot to be acknowledged and to be provided the upmost customer service. I’m an HR Director and I’m ready to hire Zach! Great hire for the Liberty Center location.

The place is good, the staff are nice young people. There is one minus: every time they take ice cream cups and stick their finger inside, it’s not pleasant at all. There are no gloves in the hands, they are all hairy, no one knows, maybe there is a lot of hair inside. I am a truck driver, when we come to pick up cargo we are asked to put transparent caps on our heads and are even asked to put them on our beards. Although we are just coming in to sign papers. And here they touch everything without protection from germs and hair...
Me, my wife, my sister and her boyfriend stopped by this location in liberty center last weekend. My sister and her significant other got milkshakes, and when the employees gave it to them they noticed that my sister’s milkshake was very runny, looked like soup. But his was fine. So her bf walked up there to have hers remade and they did kindly. They came back to the table and all of a sudden the manager comes over, older guy, and says rudely, “we make all of our shakes with the same recipe the same way every time. So for future reference you need to ask how you want your shakes made because we can’t keep doing this.” So you’re telling me that you ALWAYS make your shakes MILKY?? All we asked was to fix the consistency because it wasn’t even a shake at that point. Can’t you just accept that you made it wrong?? Absolutely unacceptable service. Was also blatantly rude to his employees and they seemed scared of him. Will never be returning to this location and I advise other people to not do so too. Don’t know what his name was but he was a taller older guy with grayish hair.

In the Cincinnati area, Graeter’s is king: super smooth, dense, and yet soft ice cream. Heavenly, perfectly sweet. I always do mint chip, because it comes with these thick, semi-solid chocolate ripples, but this time I also went with the new lemon meringue pie, which was superb. (Hard to get lemon right in ice cream!) This location, like every location I have ever visited, was warm and inviting. I can’t wait to go back.

Absolutely outstanding service from Hannah and Emily. I came in decently late on Friday the 8th. They were very personable with me about my jewelry and were cracking jokes with my 9 year old son. A young man was the cashier and he had a warm and welcoming feeling. These workers had an amazing dynamic between them, I will definitely come back and will be recommending this location to my friends and family. The two young girls were very sweet to everyone and were very friendly with eachother as they wished everyone a happy holidays as I sat at a table close to where they were, Christmas music was playing and I saw other guests singing along and enjoying the bops. It felt as if it was out of a movie. Please pass this message on to those girls and the higher corporate staff! Thanks so much guys, you don’t see much of this after the pandemic!
