Graeters is special. I have always enjoyed Graeters ice cream for the flavor and quality. They have a fantastic staff, great atmosphere and of course the ice cream is delicious! Greaters is a great choice to enjoy for some family time, each location feels like an old school candy store with plenty of sweet treat options available. This particular location is very nice and has great indoor seating as well as an outdoor area that would be really enjoyable during the summer months....

I normally don’t post reviews, but Zach was exceptional. It was a busy night and another worker misheard my order, but Zach paid absolute attention and realized the wrong ice cream was scooped. He was extremely kind and hospitable. Ultimately, it didn’t matter because all graeter’s ice cream is amazing, but it meant a lot to be acknowledged and to be provided the upmost customer service. I’m an HR Director and I’m ready to hire Zach! Great hire for the Liberty Center...
