In celebration of my wife's Birthday Kona Grill had been recommended by a friend. With the cold weather it must have been a bad night. We were greeted at the door and immediately seated at a high top table close to the bar. There were servers standing by the bar in conversation, we waiting also 15 minutes before we go the attention of the greeter who then got the attention of the bar staff, who at that time came to our table. Three of us sat at the bar. First off the bartender had no personality whatsoever. She seems annoyed and this was 2 days before Christmas. Two people ordered old fashions and they were some of the worst. Even the garnishes were left off. I had a flight of margaritas that had no flavor. After I finished them, I was never asked if I would like anything else to drink. We had to ask for water. We had the potstickers that tasted like they came from a frozen box.
