Please explain to me how this ended up on my pizza! I am furious. This looks like it came off of someone’s shoe! Thankfully, my wife didn’t choke on it. I am furious, and I will be calling. I can’t believe I tipped for that service. I hope you go out of business.

I hate writing a negative review about a place I genuinely enjoy, but this needs to be said.
First off, the food at Pies & Pints is fantastic. Honestly, it’s five-star. The pizzas are always great, the ingredients are quality, and everything I’ve had there has been really well done. The service has always been excellent, and the atmosphere is great too. It’s a place I’ve enjoyed going to.
However, I was really disappointed to see a 3% administrative fee added to the check. As someone who works in the restaurant industry and is a chef myself, I just don’t agree with this practice. In my opinion, fees like that should simply be built into menu pricing rather than added at the end of the bill.
What bothers me most is that charges like this can take away from what customers might otherwise leave as a tip, and that ultimately affects the servers who are working hard to provide good service.
Again, the food, service, and atmosphere are great — no complaints there at all. I just hope management reconsiders the added fee, because it leaves a bad taste after an otherwise great experience.

Decent lunch for 2 and good alcohol selection. The specialty pizzas are hit or miss but everything is customizable so that shouldn't be an issue.

I'd love to give it more stars for the quality of the food, but the service was horrible, and that seems to be a common theme on any review that is rated low. We watched two servers walk by our table several times before we were even acknowledged/asked for our drink orders. Because of how long we waited, we ordered our appetizer and pizzas when she did finally get our drink order, to hopefully prevent more delays. She didn't give us straws until the end, she walked by empty glasses several times, she only brought one to go box even though we asked for two (and I'm GF and need the food separated - had ordered GF pizza), and just overall inattentive. I'd like to think maybe it was just an off day for her, but based on may reviews, it's common for long delays and poor service.
As for the food, the GF crust was some of the best I've had, and the street corn pizza was really good. The wings as an app were okay; good flavor, but maybe on the grill a bit too long - slightly burnt. He really enjoyed his 1/2 grape, 1/2 pine pizza, and a tap beer.
Overall, I'd probably order this to-go, but wouldn't dine in again, which is a shame since that's what it's geared towards.

Ask to be seated in Olivia's section - she is an absolute delight and makes the dining experience even more enjoyable. I'm a big fan of the Margherita Caprese with a glass of white but you really cannot go wrong here. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place to eat at the Liberty Center.

Our party of 4 did not have a great experience. We were seated immediately, but it took a while for someone to take our drink and app orders. The drinks and apps came out pretty fast, but we were there over and hour before we got our pizza, which we placed the order for pretty quickly. The chairs at our table were hard and small, very uncomfortable. When the pizza came out, it was good, but nothing special.

I’m pleased with all the pizza I’ve had here. It really is excellent. I don’t drink beer anymore so I can’t comment on that except to say they have a huge variety.

0 stars if possible…..leave your kids at home.
If that’s not possible, don’t sit near the bar.
This place is empty and the loud mouth brats could have been seated anywhere else.
