Not sure how you open fast food/ restaurant and in less than 2 months go from good customer friendly service to very poor and rude customer service. The food is good, however the rude and impolite customer service is a deal breaker for our family to ever eat here again. The burger was good, and so was the cookie and cream shake. I was a little disappointed they ran out of their specialty shakes. The Korean seasoned fries were okay, I would have liked a spicy sauce with those seasonings instead of a dry rub.

1st time ever to eat at a Shake Shake. The building appears brand new so everything is nice and tidy both inside and outside. Using the kiosk did not work out because that won't let you use a digital gift card? If you have an actual gift card, you are good to go.
