Smoochies Boba & Crepes, Liberty Center Mall

BEWARE! They charge an extra 3% if you use a credit card. There is no notice of this. EXTREMELY POOR business action as they are passing along their cost of doing business & can be written off on their taxes! What's next?? Charging us for a straw or napkin??
Boba tea was ok. Better than Milk Jar but not as good as the teas at Washington DC area stores.

I was there with my friends at 7:30 and got told they closed at 7. Mind you online it says 8 so that means they decided to close early for cleaning. It makes no sence I’ve never had this problem before. My friend is pregnant and we told them this and they didn’t even care. Sorry but will never come here again and will definitely not recommend to anyone !

I was there just 30 mins ago 20 mins before they close and they did not let me order anything because they cleaned up. If you guys are closing at 8 then you have to take my order if im there before 8. You can start cleaning after 8. I walked there for 20 mins at this cold weather because it said closing at 8. Your employees should not decide what time to close. Just not a great service at all.

I was at the mall with my friends and my friend said we should try this place... YOU SHOULDN'T. Two teenagers were running it the evening we went, they were on their phones in the middle of making me and my friend's drinks. They also gave the people behind us their drinks before we got ours. On top of the bad customer service they made it even worse by trying to scam my friend. My friend used a 20 and a 5 dollar bill to pay for our drinks...she only was given 2.50 out of the 12 dollars she was supposed to get. So she went up and asked for the rest of her money back and he thankfully gave it to her. She ordered a Mango and Coconut Smoochie and I ordered a Mango one. She ended up getting a pineapple and coconut one and I thankfully got what I ordered. In summary you should steer clear of this place.

Love this place

This is an open kiosk in the Liberty Center mall. It was fairly busy on a Saturday evening. The staff was working hard and very friendly. It was delicious!

I got a small strawberry banana smoothie, & it was the worst smoothie I have ever tasted in my life!!! No cap!!! They charged me xtra for protein powder, & a small ended being the same as the medium size my fiancé got! I’m not sure there was a long line!!!! The service was horrible as well!! The girl had my smoothie sitting while she was making others’ smoothies!! I’m lke, “ Can I have my smoothie??”. I’ve made my own smoothie & it tastes 1000 xs better & I put real things in it! They didn’t even have kale!!!! If I want a smoothie with no health benefits, I’ll go to Smoothie King!!!!!!

Excellent service and smoochie

Workers are busy playing games on phones and coloring. Both our drinks were left overs from other drinks they had made for earlier that day. I sat there watching the employee finish her game with money in had to pay.
