Haven't been to Applebee's for awhile because of the poor service and food we have received at Roschmann Ave. So after not having been to one in over a year, I believe. We decided to go into Elida Rd Applebee's on 4-5-25 at around 3:00 pm. Walk in and seated immediately, at a disgustingly dirty table, which the customers behind us warned us about. Waited a few minutes, had to walk up to the young man who sat us, and ask him to clean the table, since we hadn't been greeted by a waitress/waiter. Thanked him for cleaning it, and proceeded to wait 10 more minutes. Never greeted by a server, it is now 15 minutes in, a server was checking out the customer behind us, and if we were her table, had she just greeted us, and said she'd be right back, everything would have been fine. I waited tables in my younger years, and know how it goes. But no, never even greeted us, just walked away, so we walked out. The absolute travesty that is customer service these days is worse than terrible. Like I said, been a year since we've been to Applebee's, probably be another year before we try it again. DO BETTER MANAGEMENT, and teach your servers how to take care of customers.

Service isn’t that great. Watching the bartender waste SO MUCH BEER pouring all the foam out cause she does not know how to pour a beer was extremely sad. However, that wasn’t even the worst of it. Got my food to go. Get home and the cup of Tortellini Chicken Soup isn’t even a portion large enough to feed a toddler. $6 and got about $2 worth. What a joke. (see pic for reference). Wasting beer and shorting people on portions.

I will not be going back to the Applebee's on elida road we ordered curbside pickup they didn't even bring the food out had to go in after it. Got home my food was cold and there was a hair in my food. Called to get it fixed they took my name and number said they would call back because no one could talk to me. Worse experience

service took FOREVER and my fries didn’t have any bacon on “loaded bacon fries”… how don’t you have bacon for BACON FRIES??? and they’re lowkey cold

Food tasted good but the wings looked very different then the menu pictures. This was 10 boneless wings I got these in Toledo at Applebees last week and they were much bigger and looked better as well.

Our favorite place to escape too when we're kid free & wanna enjoy a good place to relax. Service is always exceptional. Food is delicious. The best Applebee's I've been too! Keep up the good work!
