Absolutely terrible service. We waited over an hour for our salads. Still currently sitting here waiting for our food. We got our own silverware, our own napkins had to ask the bartender for our salads. Terrible!!!!!

Had a great experience dining here today! My only complaint was that the french onion soup was filled extremely low compared to the other Lima location. Other than that my food was fantastic!

Went for dinner tonight the place wasn't very busy lots of tables and booths open. I requested a booth and was told there were none available. With a 8 being open but I guess in the wrong area so I took a table. There was a booth right across from my table that was open plates on it. So I took the booth and moved the dishes as no one was buying the table. As I was doing that the hostess came over and told me I can't touch the restraunt property and not allowed to switch tables. That I should have requested get to get the table clean. Clearly I requested a booth at the start and she could have said let me get the one ready for you instead of reading me the roit act in front of other customers. I haven't been here for awhile and I won't return with how I was treated and embarrassed. Food and waitress was good. They were out of stuff and the wait was forever.

Servers were nice and helpful, the kitchen clearly did not care about the quality of food that was being served. Food was dry, and seemed to be sitting out for a while, the food also took a while to come out but was somehow still cold. We did not get what we ordered two separate times.
