Trish is the best bartender I’ve ever came across, literally only come when she’s working. Always so helpful to other staff members who don’t kno what they’re doing. She’s great, 10/10 service from her, everyone should pay attention to her

Servers were nice and helpful, the kitchen clearly did not care about the quality of food that was being served. Food was dry, and seemed to be sitting out for a while, the food also took a while to come out but was somehow still cold. We did not get what we ordered two separate times.
From the moment we walked in. Two hostess were chatting at a table looked at us turned around and after she finished her conversation came to seat us. The place wasn't busy. There were 4 in my party I might add. It took forever to get our drinks even longer for the dead bar to make a pre-made all she had to do was poor some captain Morgan in it. We ordered, and the poor waitress was kinda just air headed. Took an hour to get 2 pasta dishes and 2 steak dinners. My 8oz sirloin was so hard I couldn't put my fork in it. Let alone cut into it. The cheese on my loaded potatoes was crunchy. And my Mac and chs was hard and chewy. The other steak was overcooked big time it was like jerky. We asked for manager. A women 25 min later comes out looking like the kitchen help. Said we will make you another. No thanks is what I said. She gave us this look and snarled grabbed our plates and you could hear her slam the plates into or on something. I've never experienced such nasty behavior in a restaurant. My kids pasta plates were dry and they picked at it. So 2 pasta plates a mixed drink and an appetizer of wings and 2 pops still ended up costing us 70$ and we all went home hungry! I did tip the waitress 25% of the bill. Wouldn't recommend. Which is sad i love Applebee's.

5-12-2025 Mothers Day. Entered the restaurant around 9PM , No greeter at station, she was gabbing with waitresses at a table. They saw us come in and yet it took the greeter over a minute to come up to us. Her ATTITUDE came across as if we were bothering her. Took our waitress a while to come & see us, all this while there were less than a dozen customers in the restaurant. Ordered, food finally arrived and the chicken strips that I ordered were barely edible, stringy meat, blah taste. Have dined her many times in the last few years and the staff is constantly changing. Probably wait 6-8 months before we go back, new staff, better food? Who knows......... East side Applebees is much better, but also quite a drive. I do not recommend the Elida Rd. location!
