I was really pleased with my visit to this Applebee's location. It was early in the day, near 11 AM when my friend from Michigan and I stopped by for an early lunch. The facilities were clean, the greeter was nice and our waitress was doubly kind and attentive.I am currently eating a keto diet so naturally I was considering a high protein menu item. My first thought was steak, but quickly turned to their affordable, discount lunch menu and eyed their burgers. I decided to get a bunless burger and would ask to sub garlicky green beans (yum ?) for fries.When the waitress came we ordered. I asked for a bunless burger and had a brain flash to ask if they did lettuce wrapped burgers. She said they did. So, that was my order, complete with a diet coke. When the burger came I noticed that either the waitress had no idea what a lettuce wrap was or the cook didn't because the cheeseburger ? came laying on a small piece of lettuce. I was temporarily disappointed...UNTIL! I pushed my discontent to the side whilst cutting through the steak burger AND O MY burger bliss! The flavor of the beef and American cheese was a little taste of heaven, let me tell ya! Then I sampled the garlicky green beans and the flavor punch they laid upon me old taste buds melted away any doubts I had about this meal and the perceived lack of lettuce I received or didn't.As you can tell, I was thoroughly satisfied with this meal, our service and this location. A great experience! JUST GET THERE!

We were drawn in because of the advertisement on the window that said $2 drafts, unfortunately when we went to order our $2 draft they were $3 so we got water instead and was somewhat disappointed ☹️

I went here with my two children. My children received their milk and apple juice promptly. I never received water and the margarita I ordered never came. A person sitting behind me kept asking and complaining about their drink taking too long. She finally received it and upon finishing it and pulling out her cherry, there was a long hair hanging onto it ?. I'm kind of glad I didn't get my drink. I ordered a rare steak and it was medium well. The shrimp on top were tiny! The steamed broccoli was crunchy and not seasoned at all. I asked for butter for my broccoli and A1 for my steak, I never received either. My daughters cheeseburger was burnt in spots and my sons French fries were pale, pale. Overall, just not a good experience at all!

2/26/2024 … me and my wife and our 4 kids just left there after we ordered our food and drinks then sat for 40 min with nothing not even our drinks ….. I asked the waiter if we could get our drinks and he said to me “ try to be flexible” lol … didn’t even get waters ….. 2nd time we have went there and always the same problem … will never go back… the one on Harding highway is way better ! Not happy at all

I just got the Whiskey Bacon burger. It was probably one of the worst burgers I have ever had. The fries came out room temperature and I had to flag down the waitress to get them replaced. About 5 minutes later they brought out more fries which were possibly warmer, but not sure. I didn’t bother complaining again. I just won’t return here again.

This Applebee's needs updated.The wait staff is very friendly ,the food is ...meh....Lukewarm and not much flavor to the 4 cheese macaroni and honey peppered chickenI didn't bother to bring my leftovers home.
Great food At good prices , this was at the West restaurant .

Food was good but the last several times the service was horrible. I know services can't control time on food but don't disappear till it's coming out and then not check back till you bring a bill. Happened the last several times we were there.
I'll make this quick and easy for everyone, there were multiple hairs in my food, my chicken was chewy and cold, and to top it all off, the drinks were watered down! Honestly save your time and money, go somewhere else!!!! ???
