We walked into the restaurant lobby was told it was a 30 minute wait we checked in for our wait time as we sat in the lobby waiting. Our 30 minutes came and was then approached by staff and was told we would be seated but would not have our order taken for another 30 minutes or more as they were being told they were an hour behind. We were NOT going to sit there for that length of time. We LEFT

We did an early lunch visit to Applebee's. It took about 3minutes before someone came from the kitchen area to greet and seat us. The restaurant was clean, the staff were friendly and the service was fine.

I don't even know where to start! It took the server 15 minutes to even come get our drink order and the appetizer we got came out absolutely horrible spinach dip was cold cheese sticks were old chips tasted stale and the quesadilla was hard as a rock. entree comes out cold chicken they put lime on my daughters chicken even though she stated she did not want it her loaded potatoes were cold. The ribs were tough and just not good. If you aren't drinking and at the bar you get ignored. We ended up with food poisoning and to this day not one person has returned any phone calls or any emails.

Ordered online and only received half my order. Ordered the large ultimate appetizer and only received the chips and spinach dip. Ordered the 2 for 25 and didn’t get my garlic mashed potatoes. I called the store and talked to a manager and after I talked to her, I’ve been on hold for over 22 minutes. I won’t be back!

The host who seated us was rude and short-tempered, especially when we had trouble understanding them. It definitely wasn’t a great first impression. Thankfully, our waitress completely turned things around—she was amazing, friendly, and had a great sense of humor that made the whole meal enjoyable.

Our table was near the bar area so the bartender was our waitress and had to tend the bar before helping us. At one point she called across the bar and across the isle to my daughter and asked her if she was ready for the bill. The TVs were almost too loud to hear her. This was not her fault. She was given too many people to help. I ordered the grilled chicken as a healthier option. However, it was so salty that I could not eat it. It also had a lot of pepper on it, but I probably could have handled that. It must have been soaked in a brine because I tried cutting the top and bottom off but that did not help. I paid the full bill with no discount for the meat. I did not ask for one. The only reason that I am posting this review and so that others are informed.
