Food was awesome. Person at the register messed up my BOGO coupon. She called the manager over and he agreed I was right. This caused the timing to be slow and my food was slow to come out. Food was hot and tasty. This restaurant is along i-75 we were traveling so timing was important. This is why they got a low score.

This Arby’s seriously sucks. Always super slow but tonight I placed my order ahead & still had to wait 35 minutes for my food which was “not ready yet” but was cold when they gave it to me.?? The workers are usually pretty rude here but the lady on drive through tonight at 6 needs a serious attitude adjustment. Definitely not coming back here

I'm from Michigan, stopped in on my way home. And I have to say this was the best roast beef sandwich I've had in many many years. It was most definitely the juiciest roast beef I've had in years.
