Evidently they can take orders or make they right.. I asked for a hot ham & Swiss with tomatoes & onion. 2 crinkle fries. Nope they give me curly fries & 2 beef and cheddar sandwiches. I had to go back through to switch my fries. And the guy kept my receipt. I get home and my sandwiches were wrong too. I'm sorry but if I pay for something or a service That's what I expect. Does any of these restaurants actually make anyone's order right anymore.... When I went back to switch my fries, he acted as if I wasn't just there 2 mins before. 🙄🤬 like I was lying about some damage fries.. Horrible service

Ordered online for drive through pickup. I told the drive through worker my full name and when i pulled around, he wanted to make sure the last name was correct (first name should have been enough, being so unique) but i respect that he wanted to verify.
I ordered two cheese cups under the beef’n’cheddar selection. (App wont allow you to add extra sauce on anything) I checked the bag and told him they were missing and he said they were at the bottom of the bag. So i handed it over for him to check. (Don’t know why he wouldn't believe me like I was lying. Rude). After seeing them not in the bag, he pulled up the monitor to check the order (after he supposedly knew they were in the bag.) again not believing me.
Finally got my cups after all his rebuttals and verification checks. I felt that was very disrespectful. Also since you cant add extra sauce, they gave me the driest fish sandwich.
Figure this. I placed an order a couple nights ago where they forgot my cups, but i didn't check the bag before leaving. I let it go, but noted for next time; make sure to check the bag. Super unfriendly service and stingy over some cheese cups. Cant get it right. TWICE

The guy that works the drive through window is very rude to door dashers always sticking his head in the car window of dashers and asking to see the dashing screen which breaks dashing policies and denied to give my my customers dashing order always has a rude ass mouth and I use to be a GM for a Arby's this isn't Arby's ways and if this was a crop ran he would not be allowed to talk to customers or be putting his head in the cars like 5ft space Works 3rd shift drive through window

The food is fantastic, but the restaurant is dirty and outdated. Definitely time for a remodel. Otherwise, it's a good restaurant.
Came thru around 2:30 am expecting some bull crap food but I was hungry so I didn't care but when I got it everything was fresh and the fries them things were hotter then a crack pipe them slapped.
Parking: It has offstreet parking with plenty of parking for the restaurant size

The staff is nice and the food is good. However the inside is old and it shows. Id say time to remodel the elida road store. Plus I prefer the elida road location over bellefontaine any day.
