Ordered online, picked my food up at the drive thru. Got to work my chicken sandwich smelled off,opened it up and the bun was burnt to hell and back???

They always take their time and make sure our food is as specified, hot and fresh.
Ordered food through the drive through with 2 meals. Pulled up to the window and paid but was only handed one meal with 2 drinks. Pulled around and went inside to let them know and the manager said everything was handed over. We assured her only one meal was handed to us as we showed her the bag. She said she could make another meal but we would have to pay for it again. Long story short we walked out with a $12 coke and no food. Do better Arby’s!

Ordered through drive thru. Luckily my wife checked the order before we went home. They gave me a chicken, bacon, Swiss sandwich with no chicken. When I went in to let them know, the person working the counter turned to the cook and said “You made the chicken, bacon, Swiss again with no chicken”. They then proceeded to laugh about it the entire time. Not worth the time or energy to stand there and argue with them.

Food was spot on but I use the app to order then the drive thru to pick It up due to disabled child but they told me I would have to come in to pick up from now on. Can't leave child in car so no more of her favorite food. Wish management was more disable friendly.
