CHANGED MY MIND! I’m picky about food and really only like pretzels if done RIGHT - crisp on outside and chewy inside. Had been to this place when first back home visiting family and it was just ehhh. Left feedback online for them and owner had reached out surprisingly (rarely happens with most reviews left)! I think they really took to heart recent reviews - because we’ve stopped back several times since while still in town and the food- most importantly - has been phenomenal!...
I always look forward to Auntie Anne's but this location was over cooking their pretzels today. Parts of the edges were almost black. I didn't say anything, but they didn't taste the same being overcooked and not as soft. Super disappointed.
When I take my daughters shopping getting a pretzel is their special treat. My girls love the original pretzels and I love the jalapeno pretzel and the spicy cheese! The workers there are always friendly.
