Normally don't go out of my way to leave a bad review, but this one is for my 3 yr old granddaughter who got turned away at the door at 9PM, but some young workers claiming they are closed, after we specifically drive over after seeing they were open till 10 on Google..to boot they let a couple in front of us walk in and get served. Papa got her ice-cream anyhow. Bad form BR and a frowny face from a dejected 3 yr old.

Ask for a milkshake they say they can't make it and yet I go online and can order it that way. Lady taking orders has no clue what she's doing and needs more training

Food is great. Use both registers! No reason to go to ice cream side and wait in line, then go to donut side and wait again to pay. The register guy looks at you like what do you want. I'm just trying to pay. And he needs deodorant bad!

I wish that they had the Chocolate Waffle Cones like they had at the American Mall. I see they still have Praline and Cream though which is my favorite Ice Cream.UPDATE: I went there today and had the sugar cone with a double dip which were praline and cream and pistachio. They were very delicious! The staff was very courteous as well as a lovely and sweet customer and her daughter that I met and spoke with there tonight in Lima. She had told me that she and her daughter cut out sweets during the week or tried to and then go out for Baskin-Robbins on Saturday so I'm going to have to do the same! ???
