Please do some training at this location to include extra sauces. I've stopped tipping here and will order from my carryout from the market street location. 4 times carryout has been ordered without the inclusion of my extra sauces. Great restaurant, just need some extra training. The carryouters at Market Street know what's up. They know tips roll in when orders are correct.

Thought we’d get a nice hot meal since we hadn’t been here in several months. It was busy with a few large groups but not too bad. Got seated and our waitress took our drink and food order. 30-40 minutes later got my soup. Drink glass empty. No waitress. Another 30-40 minutes getting a bit frustrated. No waitress to ask how much longer or get a refill. Finally after about an hour and half we got our sub sandwich and the triple appetizer. I understand large groups take a bit more time but some communication goes a long way. I honestly never saw her again until it was time to leave. Food was ok but not the hot food I had hoped for. At that point I wanted out. She left our bill, brought the refill and take home boxes but the bill was wrong. So again I waited but just a few minutes. Finally got up and went to the bar to locate her and get it fixed. She acted like everything was just hunky dorey. Fixed the bill, I paid and left. Sorry to say we won’t be back.

Walked in and was told to go orders are made at bar. Took about 5 minutes to get noticed. Was given a menu and forgot about. Lady comes back towards me and asks if I'm ready to order and said yes. Somehow she sees two couples sit at bar and proceeded to give them menus and started taking their drink orders and told me she would be right there. How people were getting service before me was offensive. I turned and walked out. Wouldn't go back if it was free.

The pizza, wings and salads are always very good. The pizza always has plenty of sauce without asking for extra unlike a lot of other pizza places , the wings are always good size and so are the salads. Great place that everyone should try.

Went to the on one Harding Highway and the very first thing to come out was wrong. We ordered the really cheese barrel fries and they did not have queso on them and when we brought it to the waitresses attention she took the plate back and just threw it on top of already hard cheese. If I could give this place a 0 out of five stars, I would. They seem to be more concerned about the people who are drinking than the people that arr here with their family. We will not be coming back.

Got the hot chicken dip with chips. Part of the football bundle. This needs to be added to the appetizer menu. So good and gone in five minutes.
