Food is good but service is horrible. Tried to call in a pickup order and was put on hold for 15 minutes just to be hung up on. Tried to call back 2 more times and was immediately hung up on both times. Didn’t even get a chance to talk to anyone.

Food was good. Service was a joke. 6 customers in the restaurant & we had to wait over 5 minutes for a server to come over. She told us that she didn't know where our waitress was, but would try to locate her. Finally she showed up & had a poor attitude like she wanted to be home instead of working here. Food finally showed up 25 minutes later. After food arrived, she never came by to check to see if everything was OK.
We had been to this location before & had decent service, food was always good.
Guess you just roll the dice & hope you don't crap out.

Most times very good, but tonight our fish tasted like it was overcooked. Very tough. Everything else was okay. Did a pickup and they had us pull over. Said it had about 5 minutes, bought it out 15 to 20 minutes later!

Please do some training at this location to include extra sauces. I've stopped tipping here and will order from my carryout from the market street location. 4 times carryout has been ordered without the inclusion of my extra sauces. Great restaurant, just need some extra training. The carryouters at Market Street know what's up. They know tips roll in when orders are correct.
