Love Bellacinos food but their evening staff are a joke. Called in to place an order for pickup, gentleman on the phone pretended he couldn’t hear me, then ended the call. I tried calling on my boyfriend’s phone, straight to voicemail. Tried again on mine, straight to voicemail. They literally didn’t want to take my order, and turned their phones off directly after I called, and they don’t even close for another hour. Pretty lame.

Saturday at 2 pm and our order of 7 items took north of 25 minutes to show up - not what I expected or consider acceptable!The food was great: I recommend the Chicken Alfredo, the Chicken Bacon Ranch Grinder, and the BBQ Chicken Salad - huge salad! They were all great menu items! And the garlic cheese bread is killer!Begging for an 18-22% tip is obnoxious for a fast-serve restaurant and really far out for take-out (in my humble opinion); I tipped $5 on a $60 order. But when we still didn’t have food 25 minutes later, I want my $5 back!!So all in all: great food if you aren’t in a hurry.

Drove 45 minutes just to come here to find out they're closed on Sundays. Would have been nice if they updated their times on Google so we didn't waste the trip. Never heard of a pizza joint closed on Sundays.

Great for grinders and calzones. Online ordering is spotty, even when up theWeb site's UI and menu are terrible for those ordering. Call in to place your order. DO NOT order wings. Not worth the price. The last few times I got wings that looked like they were taken off a pigeon they were so small.
