they have a select few girls that know what they’re doing like Angel and Natalie . the atmosphere itself is great . the quality in drinks lack . the drinks don’t ever taste the same as the time before - I strictly order one beverage for this reason and unless the girls mentioned are there making it - it’s nasty . on top of that you pay $6+ for a large drink and receive the quantity of a small . always been a biggby fan but today might have been it for me . :/
I found this place while looking at colleges for my son out here and stayed at the hotel across the street... The girls that work here are AWESOME!! The fact that I can come in here months later and they remember me says a lot. they pay attention to their customers and are super friendly!! I wish they'd open one in NJ but for now I'll come here when I'm in Lima(which is often)
The lattes are great, check out the website for the HUGE selection! I've gone thru most of them and there isn't one that I didn't like!
Had the bragel today sausage, eggs and cheese and my son had the new chorizo one, both were delicious!! I've never had cream cheese on a bagel with egg and sausage, definitely something new for me but it was really good! The bagels were soft, moist and fresh, Definitely stop in, you won't be disappointed by the staff that works here. I've gone to others but the customer service here is second to none!!

Well, there is a first for everything. Ordered a HOT Teddy Bear and a Choc Chip Cookie Freeze. Made my hot drink then took off, outside to deliver 2 cold drinks to her "momma", then cane back in and took less than a minute to make my frozen drink. Walked back to the ER, and guess what was no longer hot? Yep. My coffee. $12.28 later and I have a less than enjoyable drink.

I can be a spokesperson for biggby because I always tell everyone about their breakfast bagel sandwich. It is by far better than any fast food place aka tim Horton McDonald's and Burger King and Wendy's etc. I moved here to Ohio from Michigan just 3 weeks ago and I've visited this location 3x already because of my cravings for coffee and breakfast sandwiches. You can have breakfast sandwich anytime of day, the girls there are so so wonderful happy awesome and fun and really made my day. We were laughing and joking about random silly things. Thank you Biggby, God bless you all workers I appreciate you and will always come back!!!
