Coming to biggby while visiting family is always something I’ve looked forward to considering there is not a location near where I live. However today was by far the worst experience I’ve had, not only with biggby but with any coffee shop I’ve ever been a customer at. Starting with ordering, the woman taking our order kept asking us to repeat every detail of our drinks. Ordering 4 drinks took far too long. Then when the barista who made our drinks finished with them just sat them out, not asking if we needed a drink tray or said have a good day. We took it upon ourselves to tray our own drinks in one of the 2 drink trays that seemed to be falling apart from being used a few too many times. Then having straws thrown down on the counter for our iced drinks was the final straw for me. With my wife being a manager of a local coffee shop back home, this would never be acceptable. Not to mention the consistency of the taste and appearance of the drinks we ordered yesterday compared to the same drinks today is very noticeable.

Their bragles are delicious!! I've been out here visiting for a few months a year and it's my go to!! Between the hundreds of drink combos for my lattes or my son's creme freeze to their bragles it's a win! I wasn't prepared the first time I ordered one, I had sausage, egg and cheese but they put cream cheese on it! That's new for me, and I didn't know how I felt about at first, but it was GOOD! I like that the online menu tells you exactly what is in each drink. I love the Caramellow latte and snow owl, and Lissa's creation. If you love latte's, especially flavored ones, this is the spot! Makes me sad when I go back home that we have none in my state!!

Staff is amazing. Never had a bad experience. They give me a VIP treatment everytime I come in. Favorite place in town no question.

No fault of the team whatsoever but the building could definitely use an upgrade, a remodel would do the place some good. From an outside perspective it feels like the staff is having to do the best they can with what they have (and they do great) instead of being granted the tools they need to succeed. Just some food for thought.

I don't understand how bigby makes getting coffee a 30 min experience every time.

Especially when there are so many other options in town that are not only faster but cheaper.

Workers move like snails and are more stuck on gossip then work. Do better.

Slow slow slow, sat in drive thru for 30 minutes finally get to window and all the employees are doing is standing around talking, lady asked us what we ordered and we told her then they finally started making our drinks. Very bad, we usually go to the one in Celina and it's fantastic but this one is horrible. If I could give negative stars I would. Oh and while we were in line at the window 3 people pulled out of the line tired of waiting. Pathetic

i don’t know if anyone reads these but whoever made my strawberry punch mock tail with light ice, extra lemonade, and boba did an AMAZING job this is the best drink ive ever gotten from biggby.

Went through ordered 3 drinks. One was a large iced teddy bear no whip with an extra shot of espresso. Had to explain iced 3 times. As you can tell I ended up with whip. The 2nd drink was an almond milk latte plain with no foam. A quarter of the cup was foam? The 3rd drink was ordered and was correct. 1/3 not good. Attention to detail is important.

Both coffees I ordered were wrong and it was at the drive thru, so I didn’t know about it till I was gone. I addition to the wrong order it took upwards of 15 minutes to get it. Biggby is usually good. This store needs to do better!
