Both coffees I ordered were wrong and it was at the drive thru, so I didn’t know about it till I was gone. I addition to the wrong order it took upwards of 15 minutes to get it. Biggby is usually good. This store needs to do better!

not only did I wait in line for 15 minutes this morning, which is standard anymore seeing as they take so long, but I get up to the window to take my order and they literally tell me they can't make a 16 oz cream freeze. freeze. I said since when because I've been getting them for 10 plus years and they said it's always been that way. That's fine. I'll go to Starbucks and spend my money there

Ordered an Arnold Palmer. I’ve had many many many of them across the United States. I must say this is the most awful one I’ve ever tasted. The iced tea was extremely bitter and muddled. Didn’t even taste like it had lemonade in it. I had to go back through line because the first one they made taste like they put coffee in it. Definitely won’t be back. Absolute waste of $3.25. Somebody at the store should really try one of these and taste it because it’s nothing like it should be. And you really can’t get much simpler as a drink combination. Threw it in the trash it was so bad

Visited today by drive thru. There were 3 vehicles in line when I pulled in line. Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru before receiving the 1 item I ordered. Also every customer who parked and went inside after I was already in the drive thru line came out with their orders before those of us who were already waiting in the drive thru. Employees said nothing about the long wait. Won’t be returning.

I love their coffee, orders are always correct and normally always delicious, but the last few times I've gone the drinks I've gotten are just plain mid. Idk whats happening but it's disappointing
