I would give 0 stars if I could..Do not go here unless you want to wait 30 minutes just to get through the line and then when you get to the window it takes another 10 minutes just for them to finally take your payment then another 5-10 minutes to get your food or drink. While inside there is about 9 workers so they can't even say they are short staffed. It was honestly ridiculous and I would recommend a different location or Dunkin around the corner.

My reduced calorie Butter Bear was great! I waited for awhile to order. It was dark, not lit at all. No one came on to take my order so I pulled up to the window.

My favorite coffee shop in Lima!!! The gals are always so absolutely wonderful!!
Typical Biggby, coffee is usually better than Starbucks. I think Starbucks thinks the stronger it is, the better we're as Biggby is closer to what black coffee SHOULD taste like. Biggby prices are better as well, I think.
