Service was very slow to take our order, food was slow to arrive and no one followed up with us on our food or refills on drinks. The food was good but the portions were way smaller than what I have got at other locations. We eat at Bob's Evans often because they are always good, consistent and a good value for our money. That was not my experience this time. Very disappointed

Used to be a wonderful place to enjoy a meal. But lately it is falling off and it's dissapointing. Today we ate there and only saw our server once and my wife and I ran out of water halfway through our meal. I would recommend the Bob Evans on Cable RD.

Excellent service. Our mairte d' that seated us was very polite and our waitress was very professional. The food was cooked very well and the cook who brought our food was very nice also. I highly recommend this as an evening stop for supper. The evening service was exceptional!!!

We ordered online to go. We got a 2 for 22 meal. The food we got was really great. Even though the food was great they failed to put in the 2 cups of soup. I didn't not call and complain because I really didn't want to go back out. So in short good price for the good food but check your bags.
Slow. Waitress was clueless on how slow she was being; patrons waiting for 10+ minutes for the check. Our eggs were completely overcooked and inedible, left on the plate. She apologized, explained there was a new cook, didn't offer to have them redone or money off for the mistake. When we checked out, kid at the register was told the same thing, again apologies but charges us full price, doesn't offer to rectify. Does mention that he would "tell the manager". Where did good service go? I've been eating here over 20 years, this is the first time I'm leaving annoyed.
