Went to lunch on 10/30/24 waited 40 minutes for warm not hot food. When they get your food right it’s a great place. Manager didn’t catch his name bigger dude made it right and didn’t make me pay my check. I just hope this isn’t the new normal. This place has been great in the past. I’ve had experiences where they’ve gotten food wrong on takeout orders, but I’ve never had to wait like this.
We visited during lunchtime on a weekday. Our waitress was friendly and attentive! The dining room area was clean, but the restrooms we're a bit out dated and dirty. The food was as expected.
My wife and I really like this place. Good food, good service, and good atmosphere. Chuck is our favorite server, although we've never had a bad server at Wings and Rings. A couple of weeks ago we met the owners of the franchise. They are very nice people. They seem like the type of people you would like to work for. Keep up the good work.
