Was closed at 10 pm on a Sat night. Had a line of cars waiting with absolutely no one explaining why??? Bad business. We will just give great service to our customers to make up for yalls poor business

I have not gotten good food at this restaurant very often. but the last time I went with my son in order to whopper it was not bad at all. yay for improvement. better than the one across town that only had two employees working.

I stopped by yesterday with my mom to grab lunch and the chicken sandwich was burnt and stale. My chicken sandwich was delicious but I didn't receive the onions I requested. Both orders of onion rings were stale. The lady employee was nice but I'm not sure what's going on with some of these fast food establishments.

Got drink wrong dr pepper instead of diet coke.. Also got 2 bacon melts with no bacon so 3 wrong items. They got fries right is about it. Seemed nice but how can you accidentally do everything wrong?
excellent customer service. disappointed I had to toast my own $10 sandwich and airfry my fries to have a warm meal from an establishment 2 min away from my home..

Asked for salt at the drive through. Took off and no salt nor napkins. Third time now. Are they that d*** or just plain lazy. The fish sandwiches were soaked in oil. No more BK!!

My latest trip thru the drive-thru may be the last straw. The whole time I was sitting at the window trying to get someone's attention, the workers were on their phones, playing around and ignoring customers. And to top it off, my order was wrong! AGAIN!!

We always go to this location I went in and ordered two whopper meals with 2 milkshakes everything was so good as always but the fries had a little too much salt is my only complaint. Sandwiches were made special just how we like! Delicious! :)
