I went through burger King drive thru on 2/18/25 I ordered my JR. Whopper 7 times. For the lady working the drive through not listening to a single word. Pull up to the window to get my order corrected. Then find out my order is still messed up! Why ask people what they want if your not going to listen or fix it! Worst service in my life! When i place my order I simply asked please make sure that my fries are well done and crispy. The reply is I think we’re busy enough your fries will be fine. Wait in line for 15 mins. Get to the window I get two small drinks two bags the guy shuts the window and goes away so I sit there. He comes back he says can i help you? I said you ain’t got the rest of my food and drinks …so no. Then he comes back with two bags, filled with random goodies i didnt order, hands them to me and told me to have a good night. I’m still waiting for my drinks lol.

The worst restaurant in lima. Dont go past 6 pm. They will only have 2 people working. You will wait an hour in the drive through, the person at the window is sure to be unprofessional and rude. If you order from Door Dash, you will get half your oder, or they will tell the driver they didn't get your oder after confirming it. So you wait an hour and then door dash only gives you a partial refund. Save yourself the hassle. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT.

I literally got held hostage in this drive thru, it was moving so slow. I was the third car and it took nearly 30 minutes to even get to order!

It is hard to say you get it your way when you order a big fish and they decide not to give you lettuce or tarter sauce. Nothing like choking down dry fish. On top of that when you order large Onion rings the sauce must be gold plated cause one for a large is ridiculous. what a sad experience and I am sure I wont get a response and they don't really care

After waiting 15 (ish) minutes. My burger was burnt and crumbled. My girlfriend was missing the bacon on her BACON King. Everyone in the lobby had issues with their order. An absolute disaster!
