Ran in real quick to grab a bite to eat for breakfast after working night shift was tired as heck .weird as can be felt very personal when i walked in there.some girl was acting obnoxious in line with her 9 year old daughter there.was really sad to witness cashier was just rude like I was a burden for disturbing their chaos so unprofessional.what ever happened to people not getting personal just do your job.

Biggest women’s bathroom on the face of the planet. Bolt lock. A room probably the size of their kitchen. The drawback? ALL that room and NO baby changing station. Makes no sense at all. I bet the employees wish it was storage space. Typical crappy BK food.

Ordered online for pick up at 10:22. An hour later and the food was still not ready. After receiving the food we had missing items and had to wait longer. It wasn't even a big order.

First of all placed an online order .. got there not started 10 minutes after order placed anyway . Then have to check in again because it wasn’t checked in from the start after waiting , because employees are apparently not trained right ! And then when just simply asking how much longer I got an eye roll from one employee and little help . 0/10 . I work in the food industry so I know it’s stressful , and half of the time short staffed ,but this is just bad work at its finest ..!

Understaffed and uses that as an excuse to be rude when the issue is slow-moving, indifferent staff. Most BKs are making an effort to great customers, especially members of the Royal Perks program. This one doesn't even want to take your order. I think the older, heavier manager working evenings sets the poor tone that the others succumb to.
