We live out of state but planned to head to Arlington Ohio to celebrate my mother-in-laws birthday and needed a cake to honor the milestone birthday. Not familiar with the area or cake makers, Google showed several but I couldn’t find one that had decent reviews and would be open on Saturday (we would be arriving late Friday dependent on traffic). On Tuesday (4 days before I would need the cake) I took a chance and called Calla Lilly and she was so friendly on the phone. Several questions were asked and I turned all ideas to her and hoped for the best. I ended up calling on Friday to see if I could get it on our way through and she was working on it. I messaged an hour before we would be there and when we arrived, the cake was completed. It was beautiful. We had the cake today and the flavor was really good and it was so good and not a bit dry. I’m so glad I took a leap of faith. All party goers commented on it and even my Mother-in-law mentioned how good it was. Thank you so much for the hard work, creativity and ease to work with.
