This is the first time I came home with something I didn't order. I asked for 4 piece chicken, but got home with 4 piece fish. I don't like seafood. But i did taste it in case it was a different shaped chicken. Lol, and i still dont like fish. Haha . But my cats ate some. I can give them another piece tomorrow. And I ate my green beans, broccoli, and hush puppies .

When the food is good, it's GOOD hence the 4 stars. I've been eating here since I was little and I'm 25 now. Just like many fast food restaurants, your experience can depend on who is working and cooking your food at that time. The last few times I've been here everything has been delicious so they're doing something right!

Very dirty. Floors are terrible. Makes you wonder about how clean the food is handled. I wonder how clean the tea pots are .

Ravyn (Maybe not her just this is the name on my ticket) in the drive thru was very nice from the speaker to handing out my order 10/01/2024 5:48, I know this location was having issues in the last year with a manager grooming underage associates and not representing the brand well. Thankfully my favorite seafood restaurant is getting back to normal. Grew up coming to this location to dine in with my dad and love Captain Ds a little too much. Remembered my sauces and everything.

I asked for the ultimate sampler with lobster bites, popcorn shrimp, crab cakes, and fish.

They charged me for the wrong order, then when I asked about the lobster bites, told me they don't have a sampler with both lobster and shrimp, even tho I've bought it before and the advertisement on their wall 8 feet away showed it
