Shawndeka was great!!! Our service was fast and Shawndeka brought our items to the table for us. Food was delicious!!! Melts in your mouth! Dining room clean and bathrooms super clean. Worker was sweeping parking lot which you don’t see very often anymore! Great service delicious food!
Was in a hurry. Went through the drive thru and ordered a giant fish sandwich. What I got was a chicken sandwich.

The drive thru speaker is very quiet. We only got half our order and think it was because of the speaker. The food we did receive was pretty good, but the French fry portions were much smaller than expected.

I understand it was late, went through drive thru around 8 pm Elida Road. Usually great food, was very disappointed. I didnt wait to get home to start eating and everything was barely warm. Oakra barely room temperature and usually have to wait because its so hot. Fries were way under cooked and cold. Fish dry and chewy, barely warm. Very disappointed. Had to reheat all food when I got home and waste of money. I understand it was close to closing but you still expect quality food during open hours.
