The customer service is wonderful! I unfortunately didn’t catch the man who helped us but he was so attentive & sweet! The flavoring of all the food was amazing! My husband got the general tso chicken & it was the best sauce I’ve ever tasted. As for the actual chicken, I’m not sure what part of the chicken was used but it just didn’t taste right. It was almost undercooked but it was cooked through. The texture was very weird. I got the lo mein with chicken beef & shrimp. The noodles & shrimp were great but again the chicken was an odd texture and I couldn’t eat it. The beef was small beef strips that were extremely salty. We had the crab rangoons which were yummy! & a side of veggie & egg fried rice - that was the best thing of the night!! Very flavorful & cooked perfectly. Overall I wouldn’t recommend dishes with the chicken or beef personally. BUT I would recommend this place for their fried rice or just the shrimp lo mein. The restaurant looked very clean and well kept when we went in to order but we got our food to go.
I really enjoy steamed dumplings, if you want fresh steamed dumplings with an amazing dipping sauce I recommend you come to China wok. Also if you want friendly service from a locally owned restaurant I would recommend you visit, I have tried alot of there dishes like Mongolian beef, fried Rice, wonton soup all amazing. But don't take my word come and try them they are a hidden Gem in Lima.
We where hungry for chinese food. We went to China Wok.. We order the happy family with no pork. It was fabulous!! Our kids tryed their lomein and loveded too!! Highly recomended.

I ordered food here through DoorDash and received the incorrect order. I ended up calling China wok and they were so kind and helpful and getting me the correct food. I have never been more appreciative of a restaurant and their abilities to help somebody 10 out of 10 this place is amazing when it comes to customer service, will definitely be ordering here again !!

I ordered two dinners off the lunch menu which were good but not great. Also ordered the hot and sour soup-and it was terrible-too much soy sauce or brown sauce, too salty and not enough hot and sour to it-very disappointed in it! Hopefully, the cook had bay day and it will be better next time--though I am not sure I would chance it and order it again!!!!
