Used to love this place / location so much but lately everytime I go in hours before closing (5-7pm) they seem to be out of so much stuff & it’s happened soooo much lately… Once or twice is one thing but what seems to be everyday is a bit ridiculous.

If you like you order late after ordering it 2 hours ahead of time, uncooked rice and a lower portion size and overpaying then this is your place. Seems like every time I go there now the quality just keeps getting worse and worse.

Consistent, quick, professional, food orders always made promptly
Their rice was hard and crunchy. My barbacoa tasted old. And my burrito was open on both ends. It wasn’t horrible but definitely the worst experience I’ve had at chipotle

Very disappointed in this Ohio location. Came at an off time, 3ish, and food was cold, chips were stale, and service was slow. Sad as it was my dad's first visit to a Chipotle and I really like ours in Oregon.

This place used to be my number one go to for a quick healthy meal. Recently though it has been going down hill. Stopped in today hoping things have changed for the better and was sadly disappointed. The service was extremely slow, the food serving area was a hot mess, the grill was disgusting, and the meat I got was dry and cold. Really hope this gets fixed soon.

I got a veggie bowl w/ a side of queso. My husband and I were about halfway done eating when I found a hair (not mine) in my bowl. 🤢 I took it back up to show the cashier. She offered to remake it. I didn't want a new one so over $12 in the trash. We paid cash and didn't get a receipt.
