This place used to be my number one go to for a quick healthy meal. Recently though it has been going down hill. Stopped in today hoping things have changed for the better and was sadly disappointed. The service was extremely slow, the food serving area was a hot mess, the grill was disgusting, and the meat I got was dry and cold. Really hope this gets fixed soon.

I got a veggie bowl w/ a side of queso. My husband and I were about halfway done eating when I found a hair (not mine) in my bowl. 🤢 I took it back up to show the cashier. She offered to remake it. I didn't want a new one so over $12 in the trash. We paid cash and didn't get a receipt.

These employees seem to not be able to read. I’m tired of this. Read my order, and see what was delivered. Happens often unless you go order in person and bark at them for not listening. Happens on the app and DoorDash. Continues to raise their prices but can’t get an order correct. Go to Hot Heads instead!

Staff were very friendly. The dining area was extremely filthy. The food from this particular store has been a hit or miss. This time I went in and went through the line. The portions were very small and I just couldn’t get past how dirty it was in the dining area.

The employees did not care that customers where there cause they where to busy talking to them selfs about stuff that was not related to the Job. 2.They where out of certain itemsand was rude about it when I asked. 3. The place was dirty Evan the counter where you pay had dirt and food on it. 4. The Best part was the food and when I left the cashier Eva Lee said have a good Day witch I was thankful of that.

Avoid this store. Ordered a window pickup and waited 10 minutes for someone to help me. I was then handed someone else’s order. When I went inside to get this fixed they handed me the wrong order a second time… I then had to wait another 25 minutes for them to make my order. When I finally got to eat, they gave me the wrong chicken… chipotle app has not refunded me

This is the worst bowl I've had at a Chipotle. Saturated in sour cream, skimpy with the rice and beans, guacamole salty, and the chips are stale. Horrible!!!!! I wish they allowed me to post a picture.

Got 3 bowls for myself and 2 others and on the first bowl no joke I got 5 strings of cheese and had to ask 3 more times for more cheese on the bowl. I got about half a scoop of chicken on each bowl and half a scoop of on each aswell. I would’ve asked for more but didn’t want to be charged for double everything. Usually the employees are great on portions but today was god awful

I have chosen delivery 4x with this location and every time the order has been either completely wrong, next to nothing in the bowl, or missing items paid for. I’m fine spending the additional cost for the convenience of delivery, but not if they cannot complete an order correctly even once. This location has lost our business.
