Hands down the worst chipotle I’ve been to. Order was missing the guacamole I paid extra for and a tiny sprinkle of about 10 pieces of lettuce when I ordered extra. Rice was hard, chicken was dry. The entire bowl was so sub par. DO BETTER. ITS NOT THAT HARD. Especially for a mobile order when you literally just have to read what was ordered. Ridiculous

The employees are very rude! No greeting or even simple customer service! It’s ridiculous. If you want better service go to the Elida location. Whoever is in charge needs to do something about the inconsiderate staff! Then to top it off they don’t even make orders correctly! This will be my last time spending my money with this location…..

The food is delicious, and the service was great. The music is a little too loud, and the seating is not super comfortable, but if takeout is your thing, this isn't a problem. 😄 Prices are reasonable. Overall a good experience.

I went to this Chipotle this evening and the employees were rushing everyone. My husband and I both ordered double wrapped burritos and they skimped us on everything. It’s insane to pay $14 for a burrito that’s supposed to be double chicken and the entirety of his meat portion was 3 ounces.

We usually love this chipotle but tonight it was a huge disappointment. Very unclean, drink dispensers barely working and a cart full of onions and peppers were stacked adjacent to the bathrooms next to huge piles of trash 🤢

I don’t understand it, and when you go into the store, they skimp on ingredients , When you DoorDash, it’s even worse. I ordered a burrito with extra meat and rice and pinto beans but what do they give me Three pieces of lettuce like come on it’s a lettuce, Ppl
Waited in the front of the line for 10 minutes without my order taken. Not a "we will be right with you or anything". Workers constantly on their phones. Walked out.

This store has really declined over the years. Stopped in tonight and the counter was absolutely disgusting. Dried food caked everywhere. Chicken looked dried out. The white rice had been added to so many times the rice they were scraping off the bottom was no longer white. Trash cans were packed full. Took forever to get my food in a line with 2 people before me. Burritos wrapped poorly. Chicken was cold like 0 warmth to my food. Napkin dispensers empty.

If you are ordering inside, then this is a 5 star review for Chipotle. The food is fresh and consistent I have no complaints there.
However, I really do not recommend ordering online, as the chefs in the back seem to have an inability to follow instructions. About half of the times that I have ordered online , my order has been wrong (even though its only one item). Often being wrong ingredients, but I have also received the wrong item altogether, such as a bowl with some wrong ingredients instead of a burrito with what I ordered.
Sometimes the food will also not be as fresh, as I have received cold food, despite picking it up as soon as it was put on the shelf.
I would give the restaurant when ordering online 2 stars for their inconsistency and poor ability to read a simple order.
