My food was ordered through the app and picked up by someone else so i didnt get to check it and couldnt go back to replace it.
They forgot all of the toppings, paid extra for guacamole I didn't receive, missing the salsa, cheese and sour cream. The app is atrocious and literally was only offered a "free side of guacamole" to make up for this pathetic excuse for a bowl that I paid $15 for. I could have forgiven 1 missing item but this was ridiculous

I physically watched a woman who I presume was the manager pick up a dirty rag off of the table. Take a thermometer and go through and check the temperature on all of the cold stuff. Each time she stuck the thermometer in and pulled it out she wiped it off with the dirty rag. I was thoroughly disgusted and I left never to return to this location again.

I love chipotle, but this was the worst experience I have ever had. Employees mouthing off and being rude to each other. The food was way below Chipotle standard. The Queso was an orange in color and crusty looking, pretty sure it was bad. They had no lids for to go orders and no forks. 4 bites into my steak bowl I was done. It didn't even taste right. This is a fairly new store, so it is disappointing.

The worst Chipotle I've visited!
I was hungry while driving south on I-75. I'm unfamiliar with Lima or Ohio, so I checked Google Maps and was excited to see a Chipotle. The restaurant looked brand new on Google, so I chalked up the 2.9 overall score with 38 reviews as inaccurate and skewed by a few angry customers.
Travelers, beware—the reviews are spot on. This restaurant is well below standard! The pictures of half-filled bowls are accurate. Portions are the smallest I've ever experienced at any location.
The chicken was a bit dry and seemed cold, the barbacoa was also dry and incorrectly shredded (I was given a chunk), and the fajita veggies were barely cooked.
In short, the restaurant was clean, and I didn't get sick, but I would never return to this location.
If a Manager is reading this, please know that I love Chipotle. Nobody does quick-service food better and more consistently than you. Please get your staff some re-training!

I stopped here with my two year old on the way back to Michigan. I ordered a burrito bowl as she loves those. The chicken was way too spicy tasted like we got the adobo chicken. I went to ask them if they had anything less spicy they said no it comes in a bag prepared already. They gave us a small cup of pork I believe it smelled gross so I didn’t give that to her. She tried the guacamole appeared to like the first bite then turned it away. Service was decent food was awful.

Good portions, very efficient, great experience. I was nervous seeing the pile of older 1-star reviews but this place must’ve sorted it out because my experience here was awesome and typical of other chipotles I’ve been at.
