I went to get 2 cinnamon rolls on Nov. 14 and the service was horrible. I get that it can be very stressful during this time of year, but it doesn’t hurt to be kinder to customers. Will not be going back anytime soon.

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star.. I'm going home very angry, empty-handed, and cinnamon roll-less. I was so excited to get a variety pack, so I ordered one online which is typically easier for me (I'm not very social). The girl was very rude, saying she didn't have anything for me and demanded for me to contact door dash to get a refund. I didn't go through door dash and tried explaining that to them to then be brushed off and treated like an idiot. It was almost 20$ just to be treated so poorly and get no food.

We try to stop at Cinnabon whenever we come to Lima. I don't know what is going on but the icing is very thin and not thick and creamy like it used to be. The icing used to be put on generously. Now it is runny and you have to pay another $1.25 to get more. It used to be 50 cents. I am not going to pay more money for crappy icing. The rolls are no longer gooey. They are dry, thin and hard. Its practically inedible and definitely not worth $6.50. I miss the good old days when Cinnabon was good. I guess I won't be back. This is what you get when you have people working that look at it as just a job. They aren't passionate about the product. Good bye Cinnabon!

So i was going to eat here but then I witnessed the manager cursing out a father and his daughter for what sounded like his card not getting accepted. He attempted to make things right but the janitor who was eavesdropping told the manager to call security. The father said forget this i don't want your Cinnabon now. The security was just as rude. Last i seen was the father and his young daughter being escorted out of the mall. What has this world come too? Worst manager ever. Security was not so hot either. If you visit here, BEWARE!

I’m disappointed with the store in Lima, OH, for discontinuing the option to purchase Cinnabon rolls by the box without any prior notice. This unexpected change forced me to spend significantly more money buying them individually. Many customers in line, including myself, were visibly upset. A simple notification about the cut-off date would have gone a long way, especially for those of us with busy lives and long work hours. While I ended up buying them because I had already promised my kids, spending $25 unnecessarily felt frustrating and avoidable.
I will no longer be a loyal customer. There are plenty of other bakeries with excellent cinnamon rolls that care more about communicating with their customers.

Wouldn't give me a decent amount of icing on bons without an upcharge....yall charge enough for the bons.. they should have plenty of icing...

Have stopped there 3 times in the last 2 weeks to get a pack of cinnamon rolls and have been told every time by the same woman they have no more packs for the day. Ridiculous the place is still in business.
Have been in town visiting family and I’ve checked this place out a few times while in the (sad) mall. The Cinnabons seem to be good no matter what time of the day you arrive. Run low close to end of day. The staff is friendly and helpful. The little table could use a bit more sprucing up from time to time, but overall good experience! The classic with an extra icing is hard to beat!
