Only 2 people working, but they were both incompetent. Neither knew how to make anything and had to constantly look at binder to make a simple milkshake. Would not accept gift card something about there not a cold stone since Tim Hortons bought them out. But why you have the cold stone logo everywhere? After waiting about 30 mins was told they did not have the stuff to make the ice cream sandwiches we ordered. Not a great first time experience

Stopped in for some ice cream. Haven’t been here since they opened as we’ve moved. Wow - what happened??? Looks a mess inside. Dirty. Tables not wiped. Plenty of employees working given they were not busy at all (4 of them) - but no one tending to tidying the dining room. All hanging out in the office. They waited on us decently while at counter. Sad to hear they no longer carry waffle products??? WTH??? Every signage in the building has waffle cones on it. Guessing they went bad too quickly given low turnover. Sad. They ice cream was not really chopped and mixed - was more like blended to a runny mess. Sad it’s gone downhill so much. Guessing it won’t be around long….

We were given gift cards for this business and went there on two different occasions over a few weeks only to be told their equipment to accept the gift cards was not working. I called and talked to the manager about this today and got an apology and was told I could order online And pick it up there well, if that is the case why not the worker have done that for me when I was in there on two occasions, and save me the disappointment of being turned away I think it is a breach of an agreement to take somebody’s money and not be able to honor the purchase And they told me there was no way to refund my money on two occasions as well very disappointed in this business .

This place sucks. Put an order in for a cake for a Sweet 16 and no cake. Yet I heard they had plenty of time to make it and still didn’t. Only have 1 baker but called off. Need another person doing it not just one. I definitely got my refund and offered a discount on an ice cream next time we come in. There definitely won’t be another time.

So, I was in the mood for some ice cream so I decided to go to Coldstone. The girl working behind the counter said,”hello,” and that was it. I took 3-4 minutes to decide what I want. I walked up to the counter and she didn’t say anything like,”what would you like.” I told her what I want, and she actually didn’t say anything till she told me my total. The ice cream was pretty good in my opinion. She kind of gave the vibes that she was annoyed and didn’t want to be there, though. And I decided after I ate my ice cream that I wanted a drink from Tim Horton’s. I stood there for 5-7 minutes and no one came over. I saw another employee, but still no one came to take my order
Not good service, all the employees seemed annoyed to be here, bleh period. Don't come if u don't want an attitude from the employees. Ik working with the public is hard but c'mon.....?

What happened to Cold Stone????They used to chop and mix. On our latest visit….. nothing was chopped into the ice cream or mixed. Just chunks of brownie and candy bars. I thought the experience was supposed to be the mix of all the ingredients at once.

Dining room isn’t open, and they don’t serve ice cream through the drive thru. All on a Saturday afternoon. Unbelievably poor management

went here yesterday with my fiance to get ice cream and went thru drive thru and they said “we dont serve icecream thru the drive nomo” so i was upset, i was happy to go inside. when i went inside there were two young girls, and one said “dude everytime i try to clean up and it gets close to closing, hella people come in here and im trynna go home” saying that to the other employee. and my fiance were in shock, they continued to roll their eyes at us when taking our order. definitely wont be coming back.. :(
