I called to place an order and NO one answered the phone called back and finally an answer then she put me on hold. Called several times after no answer, called 1 1/2 hour later still no answer

Was on hold over 20 min never answer me back on ph so drove there to get it when went in to order changed my mind with that attitude i was given because they was shorthanded was really bad day for them lots of pizza places around think they would appreciate business but guess not

Never got my food. I called in and they put the delivery driver on the phone. He said he left it at the neighbors address because he couldn’t find mine in his delivery app. I walked to the neighbors and no food. He then proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and talked to a manager who said she didn’t know why he did that and would remake the food. I said that was fine but I wanted the tip I had on the order refunded. She said that was extra steps on her end and acted frustrated. I said I’m sure I want the food now because you guys might mess with it. She said I could get food somewhere else and also hung up on me.

Cable Ct. Lima OH has to have the ABSOLUTE WORST management of ANY Dominos store on this planet. Order from anywhere but this store. If you want to be disrespectfully spoken to, deal with their zero accountability customer service, or experience their poor production of pizza looking like it’s been cut by a 3yr old with scissors & then tossed around in the box pizza…then in that case, order from this raggedy store all the time.

Found a good deal and ordered a couple pizzas. I specifically ordered an extra item and was charged for it but it was never put on the pizza. Not a huge deal but still…
Terrible service. I ordered a pizza late at night to be eaten he next day, and it was burnt beyond the point of being stomached. I called to let them know and the manager was disrespectful, condescending, and insulting. Then refused to tell me when I could reach her general manager claiming that she,"wasn't aloud to give out that information." I was able to call back and another employee gave me the time the GM would be in.
