Ordered online. Order was sent out by driver at 311pm and got a call about 331 telling me I have knocked 5 times and no answer I told her we were room 218 she said she had already left and would be returning she was about two mins away. I was ok. So waited another almost 15 mins and still no driver. So made the call to dominos and told them they can keep the order. Was told she entered the address wrong. So now it would have taken her even longer to get here and the pizza would have been cold. No thanks. Pretty bad when the address is on the order and you still can't get it right. Maybe people should learn how to read. Sad when you read my number on the order to call me but couldn't read the address

The food is okay, if it's made correctly the first time. I tried emailing customer service and they were rude and impolite to me, and refused to refund me my money when the order was incorrect. Yes, they remade the pizza, but the cashier told me to email customer service for a refund and got some disrespectful manager instead stating that I'm crazy for asking for a refund and even threatened to talk to my Walmart manager to remove my discount from the Walmart dominos. Wow. I usually don't post reviews, but this was pretty bad. They won't be getting my money again.

Ordered 2 pizzas $50.00 worth Saturday morning …. Manager was a1 hr late drivers who answered told me to cancel because it wouldn’t be there in time for our break … manager refuses to refund my money … refuses me to tell me who owns the franchise … refuses to give me any information at all … this is a scam restaurant and I will be contacting the bbb and small claims court over this in 50 years I’ve never seen anything like this … avoid at all costs

I see now why their rating is so bad. I called for a pizza delivery. I got a call back about 10 min later because the guy that took my order messed up. I'm guessing he didn't know it's a 20 dollar minimum to deliver mind you my order was 18 and change. Just a dollar and change short. So basically the manager saying he would have to void my payment then recharge like adding an add on. I'm like I can just give the dollar and change when he gets here it's not that big of a deal just bring some marana sauce or something. He said he would check and see if he could do that but came back seconds later saying it couldn't happened. I was already over it so I'm just going to take it to corporate but manager on duty it was at 6:01pm, the manager on duty wasn't trying to give me his name now lol. Okay no problem. All I'm saying is that if the guy that took my order made a mistake that's not my fault I felt I should've still gotten my pizza as an accommodation for their mistake. They only 5 min away from my job. It's okay because I'll just go to rigalis. I am still going to Corporate still. So like I said makes sense why their rating is so low.

Waiting over 2 hours when i ordered said 30-40 minutes They should tell you it will be longer right , no if you call the manager will bite your head BUYER BEWARE
They will steal your money. Ordered last night and it never showed up. No texts from them nothing. They shut their phones off early instead of giving me my money back. Called this morning to the dumbest manager I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Telling me they delivered my food. Newsflash I have ring cameras and you are a liar. Don't waste your time with these trash can humans. Either the delivery driver or the manager is stealing people's money. Order placed at 9:04 left store at 9:28 according to them despite tracker showing nothing was done yet on the order. I gave up at 10:30 after they turned their phones off a half hour before they closed. Refused the next morning to refund my card. I will find out exactly who did it and they will be dealt with.

We ordered pizza for delivery here tonight, had to call multiple times to see where our order was. They told us the driver had already left but it has now been 2 hours since we ordered, they are now closed, and we never got our order. Do not waste your time ordering from here.
