They will steal your money. Ordered last night and it never showed up. No texts from them nothing. They shut their phones off early instead of giving me my money back. Called this morning to the dumbest manager I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Telling me they delivered my food. Newsflash I have ring cameras and you are a liar. Don't waste your time with these trash can humans. Either the delivery driver or the manager is stealing people's money. Order placed at 9:04 left store at 9:28 according to them despite tracker showing nothing was done yet on the order. I gave up at 10:30 after they turned their phones off a half hour before they closed. Refused the next morning to refund my card. I will find out exactly who did it and they will be dealt with.

We ordered pizza for delivery here tonight, had to call multiple times to see where our order was. They told us the driver had already left but it has now been 2 hours since we ordered, they are now closed, and we never got our order. Do not waste your time ordering from here.

Absolutely terrible, took 1 hour and 40 min to get a pizza that was cooked 1 hour and 30 minutes ago. Was cold, threw it away so we didn't get food poisoning

Very rude employee and when the delivery guys call for your location I have it to him even went out and waited for him no show so I called and he don’t answer the phone . I called the domino location and they were rude I asked for my pizza or a refund and she hung up on me. To make it even better it was the manager I talked to wow

I ordered tonight at around 7:40 and was quoted a 33 minute wait time. Not only did the driver get here at 9:10, but he pulled up sounding like he had a night club in his car the music was so loud, and the pizzas were cold, in crushed boxes, and the pieces were jumbled up in the box like the boxes had been throw. When my wife called, the worker had an attitude the entire time, and gave one excuse after another. When I spend as much as I did, I fully expect my moneys worth, not the jumbled cold mess I was delivered and attitude my wife received. Absolute worst dominos I have ever dealt with.
If I could give them zero stars I would. We ordered and were told just over 20 minutes for delivery. It was an hour and a half before they showed up with our order that had been driven all over Lima.

I don’t recommend anyone to work for this establishment at least not with Melanie Althaus as the district manager she with held my check and then purposely sent my paper check to the wrong address causing it to be delayed extra time due to the fact I quit and even admitted I “screwed her over” that women is very spiteful and hateful for no reason and I hope they let her go but this her family company so be aware before work for that establishment they play with people money Katie or Mike Olmar personally didn’t mail my check wrong the lady Melanie Althaus Katie sister did it‼️‼️‼️‼️they will give you the run around about your money
