Not sure how they are still in business, there's better pizza at Papa John's and better service. The food could've been better if it wasn't overcooked though so maybe I need to try another location in Ohio.Dietary restrictions: Good luck digesting rock like pepperonis and cardboard like drywall crust.

The delivery was fast. We got our pizza and wings about ten minutes early, but that was the only good thing about it. We asked for light sauce, they did not pay any attention to those instructions. Asked for Parmesan cheese packets, didn't receive them either. The boneless wings were like frozen chicken nuggets that weren't cooked fully and the barbeque was the most nasty tasting BBQ sauce we ever tasted, about had me sick. Very disappointed because I love Donatos but I'll no longer be ordering from them.

I live in Toledo, while I was in Columbus for work training for a week I tried Donatos for the first time. Very unique from any other pizza place I’ve been to. Pizza is great and the hot honey is the best.

This pizza was not worth 15.99 the pizza is bad because I ordered a pizza and they got the order completely wrong I'm never going there again. It was also burned at the bottom.

Great pizza. I wish they would cut into triangles instead of the small pieces. I'm sure I could've requested it but didn't think about it before placing the order. App was a little clunky but still very doable. Still one of my favorite chain pizza places.Dietary restrictions: Fantastic 12" gluten free pizza in addition to the cauliflower option.

My husband first took me to a Donatos in Columbus 27 years ago on our 1 year wedding anniversary. To this day Donatos remains my favorite pizza! Sadly, we don't have any close to where we live, so occasionally, we make excuses to drive to Lima (which is the closest Donatos to us, which is still a couple hours away). It is always worth the time and cost of driving that far. My absolute favorite is the traditional thin crust pepperoni. Nothing even comes close in comparison!!
