I am a dunkie junkie I have a coffee everyday from dunkin the samecoffee the same way. I go to a few dunkins. This specific location on Bellfontaine is by far the WORST DUNKINS!! 7 out of 10 times my coffee is not right even though it's a simple order. But today was the worst experience we have had and we have had some bad ones, again with just this location. The employee who took our order seemed confused disoriented breathing so heavy barely coherent. When my husband and I got up thethe windows after sitting in line for another 10 minuets after ordering. We weren't greeted in a friendly manor but thats typical for this place the employees seem to always be under the influence of some type of substance that CLEARLY has been affecting their performance. EVERY TIME! Always angry- and in the past having to go back in and have them remake the drinks after getting them wrong, it's the blame game they all blame each other and then have am attitude with us bcc this is a reoccurring situation. We don't do it to be a Karen we do it bcc why would we want to spend the 13.90 just to have the wrong drink? I will always be a Dunkie Junkie however this location needs to be investigated - the employees drug tested and if thats not the issue then they need to have better training. Very disappointed. Again my business will continue to be with the company but the bellfontain location is making the company look trashy and un appealing. DUNKIN FOR LIFE ❤️

I had one of the best Peppermint coffees on my last visit. Thanks Ben! The donuts were great as well as the egg bites. This location has really made some strides since Danielle has taken over as manager.

I ordered a couple donuts through drive through and they we're really hard and I came in and I seen bees and flys all around the donuts. The people that was working there were rude about it.
Stood at counter for about 5 minutes while workers / mangers talked. Never got to order anything so I told them I was going somewhere else. They did not even acknowledge me. Last time for me.
